Our clinics
The redesigned Enfield Clinics form a new service provided by North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and Enfield Council. Together, we call them ECHO – the Enfield Clinics Health Organisation. Our team provides a confidential, non-judgemental, friendly service. We offer free HIV and STI testing and treatment, along with emergency contraception and a variety of other contraceptive methods.

Self-testing
All our clinics use the latest technology to make screening even faster than before, with touchscreen check-ins, self-taken tests and fast blood test results from our friendly team.
Self-testing is suitable for you if:
- You are symptom-free (haven’t noticed anything wrong)
- You don’t need treatment
- You just want a routine sexual health check-up
